Where is everyone? No comments. Maybe everyone is too busy doing exams.
I’m pleased to say the magazine is almost finished and should be sent off to the printer at the beginning of next week.
Tomorrow is a bit of a special day as I’m off to London for lots of meetings with Gareth McLearnon, Andy Thomson from Top Wind, Andy and Mark – we are going to the Barbican, then Guildhall School of Music and Drama and then to talk to Ian Anderson’s son, James who plans all his concerts for him.
I wonder if you know why………………

i’m guessing you’re trying to plan a huge concert at the Barbican centre for Flutewise! Which would be fantastic!
Hope the meetings go well
Love Ellie xex
I agree! why has it been so quiet on here reecently?? i am just about to head out to rehearsal for a concert I have on this evening. Its in celebration of David Nicholson who was my teacher at the RSAMD. He retired last year after over 40 years of teaching there and about 30 or so years as principal flute in scottish chamber orchestra. Tonight some of his colleages and ex students have been invited to perform. I am really chuffed to have been invited. I know there are lots of quite famous flute players coming to play but I cant say who because its all a bit of a surprise for David. Should be a great night though. I will fill you in all about it once its over.
I hope you have lots of fun in London Liz. I cant wait for the Barbican!!!!!!
love,
Stephen.
