Flute players at Queens Park with Tooty

This is all we seem to be doing at the moment, having great fun doing Flutewise events. Yesterday Abbie, Gareth and I were at Queens Park Community School in London thanks to Joss Campbell and Brent Music Service. We met about 40 young flute players and had lots of fun. We worked very hard learning all the strange noises in Zig Zag Zoo, but I think the highlight of the event was when everyone met Tooty – they loved his hat!

Thanks to all the lovely young flute players who took part – I hope you will all become Flutewise members.

And for all of you folk who are a bit nosey – I went up to Gareth’s for lunch where we had soup, lovely bread and cheese, fabulous coffee and a cooky. Gareth drove me from his house in his very nice car with a seat warmer and we met Abbie at the station. After the event we had a delicious curry – I love them but get them very, very rarely.

If you were at the event (or even if you weren’t) don’t forget the Flutewise Competition.
